    Order Processing and Shipping:

    • All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days, excluding overnight orders placed by 10:30 am PST Monday through Friday.
    • Free Shipping on $75+ USD orders for the contiguous USA
    • Free Shipping on $150+ USD orders Internationally
    • Once an order is fulfilled, it will ship based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
    • Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided, and you can track the shipment via your account, support center, or your shipping confirmation email.
    • Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

    Please Read Carefully:

    • We are unable to edit orders once they have been submitted.
    •  In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge team immediately. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery.
    • Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before processing and packing. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to resolve the matter satisfactorily.
    • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, including those with a "Signature Release" on file. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. 
    • It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery; however, a re-delivery fee will be charged according to the carrier's rates.
    • Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, postal strikes, and weather conditions are possible and out of our control.
