All Lashify products are final sale, except for the Control Kit™. For more details, see our Control Kit Return Policy. Additionally, all sale and promotional items, as well as digital membership/subscription orders, are final sales. 

Control Kit Return Policy:
You can try the Control Kit for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within the 30-day period for a refund, minus a non-negotiable $20 shipping & handling fee*.

Control Kits purchased with a discount code or on sale are only eligible for store credit.

*To be eligible for a return, all items from the original package must be included, along with the Lashify Storage Box and all contents of the Control Kit*

Order Processing and Shipping:
  • All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days.
  • Once an order is fulfilled, it will ship based on the selected shipping method.
  • Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided, and you can track the shipment via your account. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns on international orders.

Quality Issues:
In the rare event of a quality issue, please contact our Concierge immediately. Provide images or video clearly showing the problem within a week of delivery. Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before processing and packing. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to resolve the matter satisfactorily.

We also offer shipping protection through Order Protection on non-subscription orders. Claims can be filed when this protection is purchased.
