What products are eligible?
For now, we are only accepting Gossamer Cartridges. Most of our other products you should be able to recycle at home- take a look at the symbols on the bottle to understand eligibility according to your local recycling programme guidelines.
How long does it take to receive the gift card?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping, processing, and inspection of your returned cartridges with our recycling facility partners. Once your parcel is received and inspected, you can expect to receive your gift card via email within 1-2 business days.
How do I prepare my empties for recycling?
Ensure the cartridges are in one sealed bag (a ziplock works great!) per batch of 100 units. Please ensure they are clean and that the bag is free of any additional refuse. Ensure the label is affixed with tape, and is clearly legible. You do not need to break apart or separate the plastics- the facility takes care of everything.
Are international customers eligible to participate?
At this time, our recycling program is only open to customers in the contiguous USA. For local recycling options, please reach out to your local municipality.
Can I recycle my cartridges by returning them to the Melrose or Warehouse locations?
No. Our portal generates labels that will enable you to send your cartridges to our recycling partners, free of charge to you.
