30 DAY RETURNS

The award-winning Lashify Control Kit is a much-loved product the world over, but if you decide it's not for you, you can return it within 30 days of order. All returns are charged a $20 fee to cover shipping and processing. Original packaging must be included and any free products must be return unused, or will be deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted on international Control Kit orders.
Control Kit orders purchased with a discount code or on sale will only be eligible to receive store credit.
All other items are offered as final sale and are not returnable.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days regardless of shipping method. Only Domestic Overnight delivery orders placed before 11 am PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed same-day.

Lashify offers Route shipping protection for all online shop orders and strongly encourage Customers to opt into this insurance.
Lashify is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if/when a customer opts out of Route shipping.

UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Lashify ships from two Locations -- our United States Warehouse and our United Kingdom Warehouse. UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and all other orders are currently shipped from the US. Shipping fees are based on delivery location. VAT will be included.

Membership X receives free shipping over $75 USD, and Active Subscribers receive free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

  • Return Policy

    All Lashify products are final sale with the exception of the Control Kit™ (See Control Kit Return Policy for more details).

    All sale and promotional items are final sale.

    Digital membership/subscription orders are final sale.

    Please note: we do not accept returns on international orders.

    In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required in order to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis. Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.

  • Control Kit™ Return Policy

    You can try the Control Kit for 30 days from the date of delivery and if it's not for you, you may return it during the 30 day period and receive a refund minus a non-negotiable $20 shipping & handling fee*.

    Control Kits purchased with a discount code or on sale will only be eligible to receive store credit.

    *In order to be eligible for a return, all items from the original package must be included: the Lashify Storage Box, the Control Kit™, Fuse Control™ Wand, (2) Gossamer® cartridges, Whisper Light™ Dual-Sided Bond, WaterPoof™, and Wandoms.

  • Shipping Policy

    Order Processing and Shipping:
    -All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days, excluding overnight orders placed by 11 am PST Monday through Friday.

    -Once an order is fulfilled, it will ship based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided, and you can track the shipment via your account, support center, or your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

    -Canada orders will incur an estimated 10% charge for taxes and duties at checkout. To offset this, we have reduced our CAD prices by 12%, which is on top of any applicable discounts.

    -We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, including those with a "Signature Release" on file.- Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery; however, a re-delivery fee will be charged according to the carrier's rates.

    -Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and out of our control.By clicking the 'Place Order' button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

  • Subscription Policy

    When you sign up for one of Lashify's subscription products, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee at the current rate, including any applicable taxes for all items added to your box. If there is a change in the subscription fee, it will take effect in the next billing period after we notify you.Pricing is subject to change atLashify’sdiscretion.

    • Payment Authorization: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lashify to initiate recurring, non-refundable payments as outlined below. We (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge you each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date, using the payment information you provided, until you cancel your subscription.
    • Recurring Payments: By agreeing to these terms and purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription involves recurring payments and accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations until you cancel your subscription or Lashify terminates it.
    • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through our website or by contacting us at concierge@lashify.com. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it or we terminate your access to the website or the subscription in accordance with our terms.

    Free domestic shipping on web store & subscription orders $45+ for both Member X and active Box subscribers

    Free international shipping for active box subscribers $100 or more. Membership X receives free shipping on orders of $75 or more

  • Route Shipping Protection

    Route Shipping Protection: Lashify® offers Route Shipping Protection on all non-subscription orders. For orders insured with Route, please contact Route directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package at [Route Claims](https://claims.route.com/)*

    *Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy,” must be reported 5 days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.Please reference the email sent from Route when your order was submitted.

    By opting out of Route Shipping Protection, you agree to withhold protection on your package. Lashify cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Overnight Orders

    Only US Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush Delivery orders placed before 11AM PST Monday through Friday will be processed same day.

    Overnight not applicable to international orders.

    Overnight orders processed on Friday will not deliver over the weekend.

  • Why is your return policy so strict?

    Our return policy is strict and this is not hidden in any way. This is because Lashify is a new system that requires practice to perfect. Anyone can apply Lashify but it’s a new technique and we offer 1:1’s to assure success. Clients must practice and once they do it’s extremely fun.

    As for allergies, we always suggest purchasing at full price to test out and doing full research on the product. Our products do not contain formaldehydes that cause issues in traditional lash extensions. If clients want to test and return we allow them to do so by purchasing our kit at full price with a shipping handling fee.
