Lashify at NYFW 2026

New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 was a study in contrasts—and Lashify lived right at the center of it. Across two standout shows, we partnered with Isamaya Ffrench and her team to translate two very different runway stories into lashwear: a color‑saturated, emotional narrative at Collina Strada and a precise, minimalistic look at Eckhaus Latta.

Below, a full backstage breakdown of what came down the runway, how the beauty looks took shape, and where Lashify’s innovative lash looks made the difference.

Collina Strada

The scene & concept. Collina Strada’s Spring 2026 collection explored light and shadow, a meditation on the selves we present and the ones we keep hidden. Models often appeared in paired looks, one “light,” one “dark”, to visualize that duality. The set and timing captured the tension beautifully: staged at the southern Manhattan helipad with the East River and a cloudless sky at golden hour, the show played with reflection, glare, and silhouettes.

Silhouettes & palettes. Designer Hillary Taymour balanced Collina Strada’s signature playfulness with real-world wearability: ballooned denim, sculpted peplums, iridescent sheers, and ruffles that met crisp tailoring. Pastels (butter yellow, sage, washed pink) collided with inky blacks and shadowy lace, so each “light” look often had its noir twin. The collection felt like a coming‑of‑age moment, yet still eccentric, but sharper, more refined, and built for longevity.

The beauty: Colored lashes as emotion

For beauty, Isamaya Ffrench dialed into the collection’s feelings rather than its rules. Skin stayed luminous and imperfect (in the best way), brows were groomed but soft, and color migrated to the eyes via custom‑colored Lashify Gossamer® lashes in the Edge style. We built the look around three hues—pink, lavender, and green—chosen to signal mood as much as style.

The Edge lashes’ architectural spikes and angled lash fibers were the perfect addition to the makeup. The beauty of the lash read instantly on camera, color concentrated at the outer corner of the eye gave that soft pop of color while still creating lift and length to the eye.

Isamaya said that part of her vision was "reimagining the classic cat‑eye using pastel colored lashes." The lash wings extended the shape of the eye upward and outward to emphasize lift.

The lashes were pastel, colorful and dramatic, integrated into makeup that already had iridescent and opalescent shadows. Isamaya described them as “feline‑inspired pastel lashes,” meant to work in dialogue with the clothing and overall “animal kingdom” feeling in the show.

Eckhaus Latta

The collection. Two nights later, Eckhaus Latta dialed the volume down to a lean, city‑ready minimalism, punctuated by intentional disruptions, vivid color pops, playful dishevelment, and textural shifts across knits, denim, and technical fabrics. The vibe was clean and subtle.

The beauty. Where Collina Strada went chromatic, Eckhaus Latta stayed hyper‑edited: glass‑sheen skin, subtle white lashes, slicked back hair and minimal adornment kept focus on the clothing.

The Lashify moment: Exclusive white lashes

For this show we partnered again with Isamaya and her team to deliver a single, striking statement: custom, exclusive white Lashify Gossamer® lashes. On otherwise bare faces, white lashes became negative space made visible. The white lash was designed in the style of our classic Curl Gossamer Lash. This style allowed the artists to create a look that allowed the white to peak through the natural lash. The effect: alien, pure, and modern, syncing with Eckhaus Latta’s edited palette and meticulous cuts.

Want to get the NYFW look?

There’s good news…..and some not-so-good news. Let’s start with the latter: both of the lash looks created for NYFW were exclusive to the runway. The pastel Edge Gossamer lashes seen at Collina Strada and the stark white lashes from Eckhaus Latta were custom-made for the shows and aren’t currently available for purchase.

But here’s the good news: Lashify already offers a full spectrum of vivid and wearable color options. Whether you’re ready to go bold or just want a whisper of pigment, we’ve got you covered. Dive into our full-color Gossamer® collection for lashes in vibrant pinks, greens, blues, and purples—or opt for something more dimensional with our Ombre Gossamers, designed with a natural black base that fades into a soft veil of color at the tips. They’re perfect for a pop of color that still feels elevated and versatile.

And if you're feeling bummed that the white lashes aren’t available (yet!), consider our Silver Gossamer lashes, they deliver a similarly icy, futuristic vibe with a reflective finish that catches the light in all the right ways.

The runway may be exclusive—but expressive lash artistry is always within reach.
