Double the Precision, Double the Hold—One Bond, Two Ways. Whisper Light Bond® V4 brings the same lightweight, buildable formula you love, now enhanced with biotin, tea tree, and aloe to help nourish and protect natural lashes.

Whisper Light Bond® V4 delivers a flexible, damage-free hold that’s gentle enough for the delicate skin around the eyes. Powered by Micro-Flex® Technology, it forms a soft cushion beneath the lash line that moves with you—shielding your natural lashes from stress and tension while ensuring lasting, comfortable wear. Our dual-sided bond offers versatility with black and clear options. The black side features a micro-mascara brush for effortless application, while the clear side includes a precision tip for controlled placement.

Shake the bottle to activate the formula.



Apply to clean, dry lashes.

Brush the Black bond through like mascara, remove clumps with a spoolie, and wait 60 seconds until the bond becomes tacky.

For day wear, apply Gossamer® lashes after one coat.

For multi-day wear, wait for the first layer to dry, add a layer of Clear bond at the base of the lashes, then brush out toward the tips.

Allow another 60 seconds to tacky, then apply lashes. Layer up to 3 times for extended wear.

Clamp down with Fuse™ Control Wand for up to 10 seconds to lock in your look. If a lash loosens, add more bond, wait until tacky, and clamp with Fuse™ Control Wand.

Dab Water Poof™ sealer at the base to extend wear and remove any tackiness.



PRO TIP: Give your bond enough time to get tacky before applying. Lightly touch the back of your nail to the lashes—if any product transfers, wait a bit longer before moving forward.
