SHIPPING OVERVIEW
All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Once orders are fulfilled, they will ship based on the shipping method selected.
Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided, and you will be able to track the shipment via your account. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.

We cannot edit an order after it is placed, however, US Domestic orders without priority shipping are eligible for cancellation for up to 2 hours after the order is placed. To cancel an order, you can do so from the Order Confirmation page. This page is linked in your Order Confirmation Email.
Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and out of our control. Excluding orders protected by Order Protect+ or Monthly Box Protect+ policies, liability for lost or stolen packages, including those with confirmed delivery signatures, is not assumed by the company. Claim filing with the respective carrier is the responsibility of the customer. It is acknowledged that shipping delays may occur due to factors such as courier issues, customs procedures, import regulations, or inclement weather, which are circumstances beyond the control of the company.

RUSH SHIPPING
Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 11am PST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day. Rush shipping is not available for international orders. Rush shipping is not available for Monthly Box or Subscription Bundle orders.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER OR UNCLAIMED
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed at designated pick-up locations.
It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, you have 7 days to request reshipment. The cost of shipping for any re-shipments will be assumed by the customer. Unclaimed Pickup orders are subject to cancellation and automatically refunded after 7 business days. SHIPPING FOR LEGACY MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Lashify has offered various subscription and membership products in the past, which can affect or discount the shipping tiers or free shipping thresholds some customers may see online and in their subscription orders. These legacy programs are no longer available for enrollment. Lashify reserves the right to change or alter the benefits associated with membership or subscriptions over time.

SHIPPING INSURANCE (Protect+)
Coverage is valid while the package is in transit with the carrier. Coverage also extends to theft that occurs upon delivery of the package to the intended residence or business and until the lesser of 10 days from the date the carrier marked the package as delivered or when the residence or business takes possession of the package.
We reserve the right to deny your request for coverage. If we deny your request for coverage, we will provide you with notice and return any premium paid.
ORDER PROTECT+
Lashify offers Order Protect+ as an optional add-on for all online shop orders, available from the Cart and Checkout pages. Order Protect+ is a shipping insurance product that protects a customer from theft, loss, or damage of their order during shipping by guaranteeing replacement or refund as outlined in the policy agreement. At any stage during checkout, a customer can easily opt out by disabling the toggle for Order Protect+, which will remove it from the cart, even on the final checkout page. Order Protect+ is priced dynamically, based on the value of the items in the order, not including digital products such as gift cards or monthly membership fees.
Gossamer Lashes included in Orders protected by Order Protect+ are eligible for FREE Returns and Exchanges, in accordance with their Returns and Exchanges Policy.*

MONTHLY BOX PROTECT+
Lashify offers Monthly Box Protect+ as an optional add-on for the Monthly Box Subscription, available as a flat-rate product available for subscription. Monthly Box Protect+ is a shipping insurance product that protects a customer from theft, loss, or damage of their order during shipping by guaranteeing replacement or refund as outlined in the policy agreement. Monthly Box Protect+ is offered at a flat rate per Order and will recur as long as it is subscribed to. Customers are responsible for removing the subscription from their Monthly Box when they wish to discontinue protection.
Gossamer Lashes included in Orders protected by Monthly Box Protect+ are eligible for FREE Returns and Exchanges, in accordance with their Returns and Exchanges Policy.*

Outside of the specified programs outlined below for our Control Kits, Bonds, and Gossamer Lashes, all other Lashify products are final sale.
All sale and promotional items are final sale. Lashify Luxe-Box, Monthly Box, Subscription Bundles, Subscription, and Lashify Membership orders are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CONTROL KIT RETURN POLICY
Domestic:
You can try the Control Kit for 30 days, and if it's not for you, you can get a refund minus a non-negotiable $20 shipping & handling fee*. Control Kits purchased with a discount code or on sale will only be eligible to receive store credit for the return. International orders do not qualify for the 30-Day Return Policy for Control Kits and are considered Final Sale. If you are not happy with your Control Kit purchase, please reach out to our team at Concierge@Lashify.com for assistance.
* In order to be eligible for a return, all items from the original package must be included: the Lashify Storage Box, the Control Kit Case, Fuse Control Wand, (2) Gossamer Lash cartridges, Whisper Light Dual-Sided Bond, Water Poof Sealer, and Wandoms.
* We accept that some consumable items may be open, such as the Bonds and Sealers, and that the Gossamer Lashes will not be in the Cartridges as they are single-use. Please include all components that came with your kit to ensure speedy processing of your Return.
* Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for refunds.
BOND HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
If within 30 days from fulfillment, you aren't happy or have any issues with the Bond, we will exchange it for a bond of your choosing or a gift card equal to its value at time of purchase. Bonds damaged in transit by settling or cold-weather damage are eligible for replacement or exchange for another Bond within the Returns Period, even where not protected by Order or Monthly Box Protect +. Bond Happiness Guarantee is applicable to: Mrs. Bond, Whisper Light Bond, and Bondage.
Exchanges or returns for qualified Bond products can be fully self-managed through the Returns portal. Please note: subsequent exchanges or replacements for the same order must be processed by the Concierge support team. International orders are only eligible for Gift Card reimbursement within the eligibility period.
* Lashify reserves the right to discontinue the Bond Happiness Guarantee program at any time.
* Lashify reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.
GOSSAMER LASH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
**US DOMESTIC ONLY**
If within 30 days from fulfillment, you aren’t happy with your purchase, SEALED Gossamer Lash products are eligible for Return or Exchange for a flat-rate handling fee of $4.99*.
For orders protected by Lashify Order Protect+ or Monthly Box Protect+, there is no associated handling fee and the return label will be provided to you, free of charge.

Please inspect your returns carefully to ensure compliance. Gossamer Lashes must be in sealed, saleable condition to be accepted by the Warehouse. Units deemed unfit upon inspection will be disposed of, and the value will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.*

PRODUCT QUALITY CONCERNS
In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away at Concierge@Lashify.com.
Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required to rectify any issues. Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed.
Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.
