CONTROL KIT RETURN POLICY

Lashify products are final sale with the exception of the Control Kit.  You can try the Control Kit™ for 30 days and if it's not for you, you can get a refund minus a non-negotiable $20 shipping & handling fee.

Control Kits purchased with a discount code or on sale will only be eligible to receive store credit for the return.

Please note:  we do not accept returns on international orders.

*In order to be eligible for a return, all items from the original package must be included:  the Lashify Storage Box, the Control Kit™, Fuse Control™ Wand, (2) Gossamer® cartridges, Whisper Light™ Dual-Sided Bond, Glass, and Wandoms.

*Please handle Gossamer lashes with care. We do not refund broken Gossamers.

 

Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day.

Not applicable to international orders.

      • All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days
      • Once orders are fulfilled they will ship based on the shipping method selected. Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided and you are able to track the shipment via your account. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.   
      • Free domestic USPS standard shipping is available for qualifying orders over $45USD*
      • Free international shipping is available for qualifying orders over $100USD* 
      • For purchases that contain our Control Kit or Infinity Mirror, free FedEx shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $185USD
      • We ship internationally using FedEx.
      • Domestic Luxe-Box orders under $45 USD are subject to a $3.99 shipping fee; 
      • *International Luxe-Box orders under $100 USD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee based on region;
      • *Regular shipping fees apply to additional shop orders outside of Luxe-Box orders

  • Lashify Luxe-Box and Lashify X membership orders are non-refundable
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for refunds

  • Please keep in mind that lash lengths will appear different on individuals depending on eye shape and lid space. Items will not be replaced or exchanged. Lashify reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.
  • In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required in order to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis. Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.

 

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

Lashify® offers Route Shipping Protection on all online shop orders. For orders insured with Route, please contact Route directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package at https://claims.route.com/ *

**Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises."

Route requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered on orders over $100.

By opting out of Route Shipping Protection you are agreeing to withhold protection on your package. Lashify cannot be held liable.

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

      1. We are unable to edit orders once processed.
      2. In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away.       3. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, including those with a "Signature Release" on file. Please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.
      4. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged for this service according to the carrier. 
      5. Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and out of our control.
