How Lashify is taking care
The current state of COVID-19 has created unprecedented concerns and challenges throughout the world, and we want to assure our customers that their safety – and the safety of our staff – is a top priority at Lashify. We have taken necessary steps to comply with the recommended guidelines provided by the public health authorities, while processing orders in a timely fashion. However, these new safety guidelines may cause slight delays in our processing times.
HOW LASHIFY IS HANDLING COVID-19
OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM
Morale remains high at our warehouses and we are looking to push through this sensitive time as a community. We have put numerous preventative steps in place to ensure that warehouse employees are in a safe and clean environment protected from COVID-19 exposure.
- All employee temperatures are recorded prior to each shift
- Gloves and masks are required in the warehouses at all times and fresh units are supplied
- Deep cleanings are conducted frequently – all surfaces and product holding areas are disinfected before, during, and after each shift
- Schedules have been updated to allow employees more rest time, as well as flexibility to implement extra precautions at home
OUR OFFICE EMPLOYEES
All office employees have been given the order to work from home, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. If, for any reason, office employees must come to the office, we are performing frequent deep cleaning and sanitation of office spaces, distributing disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves. We also require that social distancing practices are observed.
YOUR ORDERS
At this time, we are experiencing extremely high demand which may result in slight delays with our usual processing times. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Only Overnight and Next Day Rush Delivery orders placed before 3PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. We appreciate your patience during this time.
YOUR PACKAGES
In addition to the safety and sanitization procedures that have been put into place, we also require employees to wear gloves when coming into contact with any product or internal packaging materials that will be received by customers.
