New York City set the perfect backdrop for an incredible week of glamour, beauty and fashion. The NYFW Fall/Winter 2024 runway season ran from February 9th-14th 2024 and was nothing short of spectacular. Lashify was one of the main beauty sponsors at not just one, but two of the week’s biggest shows, thus putting their mark in high fashion and beauty. The Gossamer® lashes were made to enhance the overall vision on the runway.
Batsheva
The Batsheva show was a beautiful celebration of women, and a remarkable stepping stone in runway history. For the first time in Fashion Week history only women over 40 were cast and walked in the show. Women from all walks of life, from ballerinas, to lawyers, models, and online personalities were sought out and cast for this event - great homage to people, especially women, everywhere that true beauty has no limits or age.
Special guest/model, Molly Ringwald, walked not once, but twice in the show. The pieces dawned a whimsical, refined, feminine flair. And the cherry on top? The Tulip Gossamer® lash. Key makeup artist, Vincent Oquendo, chose one of our unique Gossamer lashes for a fun wing accent, giving the perfect wisp to the outer corner of the eye, paired with fresh skin, glowing cheeks and glossy, bold lips. The natural beauty of the models shined through with each and every look.

Thom Browne
Closing out the week’s events was the incredible, artistic, and incomparable Thom Browne. The show’s avant-garde, fanciful aesthetic paid homage to Edgar Allan Poe’s "The Raven", which was read aloud as the models wandered through a barren forest, complete with fences and snow covered grounds. The beetle and raven-like artistic makeup was created by Isamaya Ffrench, and completed with Plushy Tame Gossamer® lashes, for a cat eye, winged effect. For one of the hero looks of the show, Extreme Gossamer lashes were hand-painted with gold pigment for an over-top mantis vision. For the second hero look, Extreme Gossamer lashes for the upper lashes, with segments of Starburst lashes on the lower lash line were applied to supermodel Kristen McMenamy. What a way to close out an epic week of high fashion and beauty!
