A message for our valued Customers and Subscribers in Canada, re: Canada Post Strike Action

Due to the strike action by Canada post, we are unable to fulfill to Canadian PO Boxes.

In order to ensure you do not experience any delays in receiving your Subscription Boxes and orders, we ask that you please update your shipping address to a courier-friendly home address. As a company, we have taken steps to ensure we fulfill with courier services for the duration of the strike where possible: However, we cannot do so for orders with a PO Box address.

At present, orders fulfilled and sent to these addresses are being turned around and refused at the border, as Canada Post cannot accept the hand-off from USPS. If you are experiencing delays, or believe your order may be impacted, please contact Concierge.

We thank you all for your continued patience, and remain hopeful that we will be able to resume PO Box fulfillment as soon as is possible.
