As many of you know we are currently working on a migration and moving to a new subscription platform. The current one, although it served us well for so many years, is unable to sustain our growth and needs. Many of you have experienced issues and have not been able to make edits to your upcoming orders. This will be corrected soon, once we complete the full migration.
In the meantime, to prevent unwanted orders from billing and shipping, all orders scheduled to process starting January 4th after 4pm PST have been suspended.
If you have a subscription on the new platform, you will find it on the MANAGE NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS page. The suspension will not affect subscriptions on the new platform.
Need your lashes?!? Not to worry, you will be able to view your subscription on Jan. 7 in the platform under the MANAGE NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.
